Royal Design provides fast, free shipping on all order destinations within the continental United States and Canada, regardless of order amount. In addition to free shipping, rest confident that all items are securely packaged and fully insured while in transit to your home or office.
For fastest delivery, all orders greater than $500 in value are shipped FedEx Priority Overnight. This includes any loose diamond or Design Your Own order, regardless of exact value. All other orders are shipped FedEx Two Day Saver.
For your protection, Royal Design always:
- Insures and registers all items for their full value.
- Uses only FedEx services for the fastest and safest delivery of high value packages.
- Requires that all deliveries must be made to a physical business or home address only.
- Disallows delivery to PO Box addresses.
- Requires an adult to sign for the package.
Alternate Shipping Addresses
At the time your order is placed, we will collect your billing and shipping information. For your own protection we suggest that any credit card order be shipped to a valid address on file with the credit card company, although alternate addresses are acceptable. We can also arrange to have your package shipped to a local FedEx station for pick-up. You may call our offices at any time for assistance locating the nearest Fedex facility.
Royal Design offers shipping and insurance for customers residing outside the United States. On all international orders up to $1,000, there is no cost for shipping and insurance. On all international orders above $1,000, the shipping and insurance costs $50 US + 1% of total order amount, regardless of payment method. International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country, so please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties. Military personnel located overseas may also have their packages shipped to an APO or FPO location free of charge. Please keep in mind, however, that APO/FPO shipments are done through the US Post Office and can take up to three weeks to arrive.

60 Day Free Resizing
Royal Design will gladly resize your ring free-of-charge anytime within the first 60 days of purchase. Free resizing is available for all platinum, white gold and yellow gold engagement rings, as well as all Three Stone Rings. To have your item resized free-of-charge, please follow the Return Procedures listed below.
We are proud of all the fine quality jewelry we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. A member of our quality-control staff personally inspects every item prior to shipment, so it is very unlikely your purchase will be anything less than perfect. In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry, it can be mailed back to our offices for inspection and/or repair. We also offer free prong tightening, repolishing, rhodium plating and cleaning for the life of your fine jewelry.

- Write the RAN on the return label that was included with the original order from Royal Design.
- Place your item into any standard plain brown box. Boxes may be purchased at the post office for less than $2.00.
- If the value of your package is $500.00 or less, send your item using First Class Mail with insurance. If your item is valued above $500.00, use Registered Mail with insurance. The cost to ship your item with insurance will range from $5.00 to $25.00.

Your item should arrive in our office in 2-10 days, depending on your location.
- All refunds will be processed within five days and done in the form of the original purchase method. Bank wires are refunded via company check.
Items sent to our office without a RAN number, packages shipped beyond the 30-day return period, or packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than Royal Design will not be accepted. Loose diamonds must also be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report or a $150 charge will be assessed to replace the certificate. Special orders are not returnable. In addition, any engagement ring design sold without a center diamond may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Eternity bands and tension rings cannot usually be resized and must be completely remanufactured. For that reason it is very important you order the correct size at the time of original purchase.
